The mission of the Personnel Committee is to supervise church employees, in consultation with the pastor.
 
Responsibilities of the Personnel Committee include:
  • Drawing up job descriptions
  • Evaluating performance and compensation yearly
  • Making recommendations to Session regarding employment status and salaries
